Dan, my mother had said some Aspromonte's were great friends to
Rosa and Pietro Fanto in Durango! My grandmother is Mary Fanto, whom I'm
named after (she wanted my name the Italian version) but I never realized
there was a park named Fanto. I'll have to do a little more research! I
have just started to read EVERYTHING on the site, and all of the links. It
is quite a find for us. I live in Boise and my mother near Seattle and
we've had dead-ends on our Italian lines for a while now. Thank you for all
of your help! Al forwarded me a couple documents he had with Luigi Fante
information. I'll be emailing Abruzzo2000 for an estimate on more research.
