Notizie di Marzo – Calendario

Il 25 di marzo ci sarà la riunione della famiglia di Fedele Porreca di ciufielle.  I discendenti arriveranno dagli Stati Uniti, Italia e 2 dall’Argentina, Alberto Porreca e il suo figlio Adrian .  Alberto è il presidente del Circolo Abruzzese di Tandil.  Alle 5 Don Peppino Di Pietrantonio celebrerà una messa per i discendenti e poi ceneranno insieme al Capè. 

 

Il 28 di marzo ci sarà l’inaugurazione della nuova sede della Pro Loco con la cerimonia di dedica ad Albert Porreca, l’ideatore del sito http://www.torricellapeligna.com prematuramente scomparso a settembre scorso. Interverranno la moglie ed i figli di Albert nonché Dan Aspromonte direttamente dagli USA. Per l’occasione l’Associazione Musicale Vincent Persichetti organizzerà un concerto di musica classica con pianoforte nella Sala Onarmo.

 

Nella settimana di Pasqua la Pro Loco organizzerà una conferenza per lo sviluppo turistico nel Sangro-Aventino.  Chi vuole aderire a questo gruppo segua il link sottostante: http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=43753727012

 

Il 25 aprile, in occasione della festa della Liberazione, sarà organizzata una commemorazione dell’eccidio di Sant’Agata, ripercorrendo il tragitto che porta dalla contrada Santa Giusta alla casa rurale di Sant’Agata.
Il grande evento Arte Musica&Gusto quest’anno si svolgerà venerdì 24 e sabato 25 luglio.  E’ confermata al 90% la presenza del famoso gruppo fiorentino di rock e folk Bandabardò.  Per questo evento è stato creato un gruppo in Facebook chiamato appunto Arte Musica& Gusto, che in poche settimane già conta più di 300 iscritti e in cui potete trovare le ultime novità sull’argomento.

On the 25th of March there will be a Fedele Porreca di ciufielle family reunion.  Descendants will arrive from the US, Italy and 2 from Argentina, Alberto Porreca and his son Adrian.  Alberto is the president of the Circolo Abruzzese di Tandil (Abruzzese Club in Tandil, Argentina).  At 5pm Don Peppino Di Pietrantonio will celebrate a mass for the descendants, and then they will have dinner together at the Capè Hotel Restaurant.

 

On the 28th of March there will be the inauguration of the new Pro Loco with a ceremony naming it after Albert Porreca, the creator of the website http://www.torricellapeligna.com, who prematurely passed away in last September.  His wife, sons and daughter are coming from the US for the ceremony along with Dan Aspromonte.  For the event the Vincent Persichetti Music Association has organized a concert of classical music in the Onarmo Hall.

On the 25th of April, coinciding with the Feast of Liberation, there will be a commemoration of the Sant’Agata Massacre, retracing the journey from the Santa Giusta hamlet to the Sant’Agata farmhouse. 

 

The fantastic ArteMusica&Gusto (ArtMusic&Flavor) Festival will take place on July 24th and 25th, a Friday and Saturday.  It is 90% sure the famous Florentine rock and folk group Bandabardò will perform.  A Facebook group has been created called ArteMusica&Gusto, where you can find the latest news on this event, and in just a few weeks 300 members have already signed up.
